Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Who you’re dealing with

FiveFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a product of FiveFlow LLC, based in the United States. These terms apply when you subscribe to a FiveFlow plan.

We keep these terms in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask before you start — the contact details are at the bottom.

What the service is

FiveFlow is a done-for-you website and missed-call recovery service. On every plan we build you a website from your Google Business Profile, register a domain in your name, set up two email addresses on it, and relay website inquiries to your phone. When your number rings out, we text the caller back in your business name and relay their replies to your phone. Depending on your plan it also includes online booking by text, automatic Google review requests, a Google Business Profile tune-up, quote follow-ups and a monthly plain-English report. On the Office plan, a member of our team handles those text conversations on your behalf — replying, booking jobs, drafting quotes for your approval and responding to reviews. On the Front Desk plan they also answer your calls live during agreed business hours, with the automated text-back covering after-hours and any call they cannot reach in time.

We set it up, run it and report on it. You keep doing your trade.

The free website preview

Before you pay anything, we build a preview of your website from your public Google Business Profile and send it to you. It is free, we do not ask for a card, and there is no obligation of any kind. If you do not want it, it never goes live and we do not contact you again unless you ask us to.

A preview is built by hand, so we cap how many we take on at a time. If we cannot get to yours we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

The plans

Presence ($79/month) covers your website on your own domain, two email addresses, unlimited website inquiries relayed to your phone, and the first five missed calls each month answered with a text-back in your business name. Recovery ($197/month) removes that monthly cap and adds review requests, booking, reminders and quote follow-ups you drive by text. Office ($447/month) puts a member of our team on those text conversations — replying, booking jobs, drafting quotes for your approval and responding to reviews.

Front Desk ($797/month) adds a real person answering your calls live during agreed business hours, with the automated text-back covering after-hours and any call they cannot reach in time. Front Desk is a waitlist at the moment: we open places as answering capacity is proven, and we will not bill you for it until it is actually running on your line.

The monthly cap on Presence, and no overage bills

Presence includes five recovered missed calls per calendar month. We warn you by text at your fourth and fifth covered call, so you always know where you stand. At five, recovery pauses for the rest of that month unless you tell us to keep going — we will not quietly stop, and we will never bill you for going over.

If you want the cap gone, moving up to Recovery takes a text and applies from your next billing period. Nothing upgrades by itself and no plan change happens without you asking for it.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Plans are month-to-month, billed in advance, with no setup fees and no cancellation fees. There is no trial period and no refund promise attached to a trial — the free preview is how you decide before you pay. Cancel any time and your plan simply ends at the close of the current billing period — we don’t bill again after that.

The Office and Front Desk plans include the work of our team at a flat monthly price. There is no per-minute or per-call billing and no overage charges — if your call and message volume consistently outgrows your plan, we will tell you and discuss moving you up a plan rather than sending you a surprise invoice.

Plans have no fixed term and nothing rolls over into a longer commitment; a plan simply continues month to month until you cancel. To cancel, text or email us — we do not require a phone call or a notice period.

You always keep your own phone number and your Google Business Profile — they were never ours to keep. The domain we register for your website is registered in your name, and if you leave we transfer it to a registrar of your choosing free of charge.

One contractor per area

While you’re an active client we won’t take on a direct competitor in your trade and service area, as agreed at signup. That exclusivity ends when your plan ends.

What we need from you

Keep your phone service active and approve the call-flow changes we set up (such as diverting missed calls). Give us accurate business details, respond to genuine inquiries we relay, and use the service only for your own trade business and only lawfully.

The messaging we run for you is for responding to people who contacted your business — it isn’t a bulk-marketing tool, and we’ll decline to send anything that looks like spam.

Messages & compliance

Text-backs are sent in your business name only to people who just called or messaged your number, so the conversation is one they started. Every conversation can be opted out of at any time by replying STOP, and we honor opt-outs immediately; reply HELP for program information. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Our full SMS program details are on the SMS opt-in page.

Third-party services & availability

The service runs on telephone and SMS carrier networks and other platforms we don’t control. We choose reliable providers and fix issues promptly, but we can’t promise uninterrupted delivery of any individual call, text or integration.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything else connected to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending or changing the service

We can end your service with 30 days’ notice (refunding any unused period), or immediately for non-payment or misuse. We may update these terms from time to time — if we do, we’ll let you know by text or email, and the current version always lives at this page with its last-updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
