FiveFlow SMS program — opt-in & terms
This page covers texts sent by FiveFlow itself — our sales and support line, where the sender is FiveFlow. If you're a customer of a home-services business that uses FiveFlow and you got a text in that business's name, the page you want is SMS from a business using FiveFlow.
How you opt in
You only receive FiveFlow texts after you contact us first, one of three ways:
- You submit the callback form on fiveflow.io. The form has an optional, never pre-checked SMS consent box next to the mobile field — leave it unchecked and we only call you, no texts. Its exact wording: "I agree to receive text messages from FiveFlow at the mobile number I provided, about my callback request and FiveFlow's services. Msg & data rates may apply; msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
- You call or text our line first.See the form replica below. Calling (615) 813-8256 — including our demo line — starts the conversation you initiated, and we may reply by text to the number you called from.
- You ask us during a call. If you're speaking with someone at FiveFlow and ask to be texted, they read this aloud and record your yes before any message is sent: "Can I text you at this number about your FiveFlow inquiry? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, you can reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help, and agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything. Is that a yes?" A verbal yes covers messages about your inquiry only. The first text you get is this confirmation — and marketing texts need a second, written yes: "FiveFlow: You've agreed to receive SMS updates about your inquiry. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. To also get marketing texts (like our free website preview offer), reply YES." If you never reply YES, you only ever get informational messages about your inquiry — no promotions.
No purchased lists and no cold texting: if you have never contacted FiveFlow, we will not text you.
The opt-in form, as it appears
This is the consent step of the callback form on fiveflow.io — the box is optional and never pre-checked. The form submits fine without it; unchecked simply means we call you instead of texting.
Optional — leave it unchecked and we'll only call, no texts.
What we send
Example messages
"Hi, it's Mathew from FiveFlow — thanks for trying our demo line. Want me to build your website preview from your Google listing? It's free. Reply YES and I'll send it over. Reply STOP to opt out."
"FiveFlow: here's your website preview — yours on your own domain for $79/mo if you like it, nothing if you don't. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Follow-ups on your inquiry, your website preview, onboarding steps, and support replies. That's it.
