Who we are

FiveFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a product of FiveFlow LLC, based in the United States. We provide done-for-you marketing services for contractors.

This policy explains how we handle your personal information. Where it applies, we honor rights under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email and trade/business — when you use our callback form, call us, email us, or speak with us.

Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically by our website host as part of normal server logs.

If you become a client, the business information we need to deliver your services (e.g. access to your Google Business Profile, website and phone setup).

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, provide and improve our services, and keep business records. We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Phone calls & text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out at any time — just reply STOP to a text or tell us — and we will stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, rough location, device type). It sets analytics cookies. We have advertising and personalization signals switched off — this data is not used to target you with ads, and we don't run advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.

Our host (Vercel) also logs standard request data to keep the site running and secure.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business — for example website hosting (Vercel) and, for clients, the booking/CRM and messaging platform we deliver your service on. They handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Some providers may store data on servers located overseas. We otherwise disclose information only if required by law.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your data (we don't sell it), by getting in touch using the details below. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
