Websites & seller capture for US listing agents

Your listings. Your testimonials. Your domain.

A personal site built from what you already have — your sold history, your areas, your listings — on a domain registered in your name. Change brokerages and all of it comes with you.

$149/mo — site, domain, testimonial page and the calls you miss, caught. No contract. No setup fee for our first five.

See yours before you pay a cent

We build it by hand from your public profile and text it to you, 7am–10pm your time · no card · if you don't love it, it never goes live.

Rather look before you type? Walk through a sample agent site — it is the same template yours is built from.

SAMPLE — Sarah Chen is made up. Yours is built from YOUR profile, on YOUR domain.

Built from your public profile: sold history, areas you farm, your live listings.

01How it works

Three steps, and about twenty minutes of your time.

You are not buying a project. There is no CMS to learn and nothing to maintain.

1

You tell us your name and your patch

That is the whole ask. We build your preview from what is already public — your sold history, your listings, the areas you work — and text it to you. No card, no call booked, no obligation.

2

You look at it, and your broker does too

If a detail is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed. Your brokerage name and licence number are on it before it goes anywhere, so showing your broker is a normal ad-approval conversation.

3

Live this week, on a domain in your name

We register the domain to you, set up call forwarding in about five minutes on a call, and seed your current listings. From there it is $149 a month, month to month.

02Why this one is different

You built that reputation. You should get to keep it.

Every review you have ever earned lives on somebody else's platform. When you change brokerages, it stays behind — and you start the trust part over again.

Where your reputation lives today

  • Reviews on a portal profile stay on the portal
  • Your brokerage bio disappears the day you leave
  • The agency owns the website your listings sat on
  • Start again at the next brokerage, from zero

Where it lives with us

  • Testimonials published on a domain in your name
  • Your bio, your areas, your photography — all yours
  • Sold history that follows you between brokerages
  • Change agency, update two lines, keep everything

How it works in practice: after settlement, one tap texts your client asking for a few words. They write it, you approve it, it goes on your site. Nothing publishes without you — it is your site, so it is your call.

03What you get

Everything on one page, and one app.

Built for the half of your job that wins listings — not a portal clone with a search box you already have three of.

Your site, on your own domain

Your headshot, your bio, the areas you farm, your sold history and your listings — on a domain registered in your name. We build it, host it and maintain it. If you ever leave us, the domain leaves with you.

Testimonials that move with you

After settlement, one tap texts your client for a testimonial. They write it, you approve it, it publishes to your site. When you change brokerages it all comes with you — which is not true of a Zillow review or a brokerage profile.

The calls you miss, caught

Your mobile diverts to us only when you do not pick up — same number, nothing changes. The caller gets an instant text in your name, and if their reply sounds like a seller, you get a priority alert in seconds.

A valuation ask that reaches you

The "What is my home worth?" form is the page's whole job. A fill sends you a text and an app alert straight away — with where it came from and what they said, so you can call while they are still thinking about it.

Listings from your phone

We seed your current listings and sold history when we build the site. After that you add and update them from the app in about a minute — and one tap marks a listing Sold, which moves it into your sold history and asks the client for a testimonial.

And a monthly note that shows the work

Once a month, in plain English: calls caught, seller alerts sent, valuation asks received, testimonials published. If a month is quiet we tell you it was quiet — you should be able to judge this on numbers, not on how the invoice feels.

04The calls you miss

You answer your phone. You just can't answer it at an inspection.

Nobody misses calls on purpose. But the 6pm 'what's my place worth' call that goes to voicemail is the one that turns into somebody else's listing.

1

Your number stays your number

Standard call forwarding, set up in about five minutes on a call with us. It only ever triggers when you don't pick up.

2

They get a text in your name, in seconds

Not a voicemail beep and not our name — yours. Most people will answer a text at 9pm who would never leave a message.

3

If it sounds like a seller, you know immediately

A reply mentioning selling, an appraisal or what a place is worth sends you a priority alert on top of the normal text — so a listing conversation never sits unread among the buyer questions.

  • Your listings and sold history, seeded at setup
  • Testimonial asks, approvals and your review page
  • Missed-call text-back in your name, no cap
  • Priority alerts when a caller sounds like a seller

What founding means: we are new in the US and we would rather say so than invent customers. The first five agents get setup waived and their price locked; in exchange we ask for honest numbers and a testimonial if it earns one.

06FAQ

Straight answers.

Including the ones where the answer is no.

Do I get MLS property search on my site?
No, and that is deliberate. IDX search is a buyer tool, and this is a site built to win listings — your sold history, your testimonials and a valuation ask, not a portal clone. Your own listings are on it, added from the app in a minute. If full MLS search is what you need, one of the big platforms will serve you better and we will say so.
What happens when I change brokerages?
The domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and every testimonial on it stays with you. That is the whole point. Reviews you collect on Zillow or a brokerage profile live on their platform and do not follow you — the ones you collect here do. We update the brokerage name and licence details on your site the day you move.
Does my broker need to approve this?
Usually yes, and it is simple. Most states require your advertising to carry your brokerage name and licence number — both are standard fields on your site, filled in before it goes live. Show your broker the preview; it is a normal ad-approval conversation, and we will make any change they ask for.
Is this going to send me leads?
We will not promise you lead volume, and be careful with anyone who does. A brand-new site has no traffic on day one. What this does from day one is stop losing what you already get: the caller who rings while you are at an inspection, the valuation ask at 9pm, the client who would have left a testimonial if someone had asked. Traffic grows from there.
Do I have to keep the website updated?
No. We build it, we host it, we maintain it. Listings take about a minute in the app when you want to add one, and we seed everything current when we set you up. There is no CMS to learn and nothing that breaks if you ignore it for a month.
What does the missed-call text actually say?
It goes out in your name, not ours: "It is [your name]'s phone — sorry I missed you. Are you thinking of selling, buying, or calling about a listing?" Their answer comes to your phone like a normal text. If it sounds like a seller, you get a priority alert on top.
What does it cost, and is there a contract?
US$149 a month, flat. No contract, cancel any time, and the domain is yours either way. Setup is $249 and it is waived for our first five founding agents, whose price is then locked for life. There are no per-page fees, no add-on modules and no annual term — which is not how most of this market prices.
You are new. Why should I go first?
Fair question, and we are not going to invent customers to answer it. We are new in the US and looking for five founding agents. You get setup waived, your price locked for life, and direct access to the people who build it. In exchange we ask for your honest numbers and a testimonial if it works. If that is too much risk right now, wait and watch — we would rather you did that than feel sold to.

See your site before you decide anything.

Tell us your name and brokerage. We build the preview by hand from what is already public and text it to you — free, no card, no call booked. If it is not for you, it never goes live.
